Verification and safety

This is where the two diverge most. FabSwingers relies on optional community photo verification plus a social trust system built up after members meet in person, which works well for an account with years of history and offers little for a brand new one. SwingHub leans on AI-assisted checks at sign-up and adds two features that genuinely matter: screenshot blocking on profiles and photos, and a cross-check against the UK offender registry. Neither approach removes risk entirely, so read our online safety guide for lifestyle couples before meeting anyone from either.

Community and culture

FabSwingers wins comfortably on numbers and history. Its forums and chat rooms carry the highest volume of any UK lifestyle platform, and that kind of archive is hard for a newer site to replicate. SwingHub is thinner on community features but makes up ground with in-app video and voice calling, so a conversation can move to a proper face-to-face check quickly.

Cost

FabSwingers is free with advertising and has kept messaging free for everyone. SwingHub is free to download but puts some discovery tools, including seeing who has viewed your profile, behind a paid tier. Neither structure is fixed forever, so check what is live before committing to anything.

Which one should you join first?

If you want the largest pool of UK profiles and do not mind a dated interface, start with FabSwingers. If safety tooling and a proper app experience matter more to you than raw numbers, SwingHub is the better starting point. A lot of couples end up running both, plus a newer UK-built platform like SpicySwingers for video verification and swipe matching in the same login. None of this is exclusive, so keep your boundaries and privacy settings consistent across whichever you use.

SpicySwingers is free during launch with video verification and private video calls included from day one. Create your free profile.
